EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Hellooooo, Bonita! We love seeing you happy with your self-care box, but it's okay if you need to exchange or return your products. Pay attention to the rules:
● product packaging must not be broken or damaged;
● the products must not be used;
● period of up to 7 days after delivery of the product;
● Return shipping will be paid by the customer and shipping costs for sending the new product will be paid by BM.
After receiving your products here at BM, we will analyze them. If everything is ok, our customer service girls will contact you to finalize your exchange and send the new products.
Promotional products are not exchanged or returned.

HOW TO SEND MY PRODUCTS TO BM:
Post via USPS:
Take your products in the original, sealed box to USPS. Post by sending it to the address provided to you during the return service.
Send the tracking code to our WhatsApp channel so we can track your box. Now just wait!
You can track the delivery on the USPS website with the tracking code and as soon as we receive it, we will contact you.
